Pastor Glenn McGee teaches what it means to meditate and how to do it to grow in our spirit.

Key points & verses:

Psalms 1:1-3
Isaiah 26:3-4 Shalom Shalom

Meditate - Hebrew is haga - to ponder, to think, to study.
To ponder means to roll flat or lay a road. (ie John the Baptist)

Psalms 119:105
Proverbs 4:20-21
Philippians 2:5

2 Timothy 2:15 "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." KJV

Meditate means to imagine:
Genesis 11:6
Psalms 1:3, 2:1
2 Corinthians 10:4-5

Meditate means to Talk - Speak - Roar:
Luke 6:45 Out of the abundance of your heart, the mouth speaks.
Joshua 1:8
Proverbs 28:1
John 7:37
Revelation 5:5

A good way to mediate is to write out the scripture:
Deuteronomy 17:15, 18 Kings write the Word.
Revelation 1:6 We are kings and priests.
Habakuk 2:2 Write the vision.
Psalms 19:7-9
