Eric is 40 & has been homeless for 4 years. Says he can't get a job because he needs kidney surgery

Eric is 40 years old and has been homeless for 3-4 years. He can't get a job because he needs a kidney surgery and needs care afterwards to recovery and it can't be done on the streets. He says he went to sober living and 2 weeks before he was about to graduate he they closed the sober living house and he was pushed back out to the streets.
