Doing Pork Butt Stuff

Pulled Pork. All I did was rub the butt (giggity). The goal was to see how long it would take from start to finish at 275. I definitely lost some of the smoke flavor, so unless I’m pressed for time I’ll probably for 225 or even 200 until the butt hits 165, and then turn it up to 275 for the rest of the cook. It depends how much time I have before I have to serve. Either way, #IOnlyPutGoodThingsInYourMouth
