Done in the same session as my 77.5 Kg OHP triple. These have been my secret weapon for shoulder gains, this past while. I have not done this exercise in a LONG time; and honestly, I am kicking myself for not having done so, sooner. I'm focusing on taking these nice and slow, microloading very slowly, and going deep with the reps, down to the traps/high bar squat position, and briefly pausing there, to really build up shoulder strength and resilience, and put the muscles under heavier stress. These are hard, but VERY effective. Honestly might be my favorite shoulder accessory movement, now. PS. Eifersucht is a banger, and highly underrated 🤘🏻
