UN Security Council vote to censure Myanmar could undermine security strategy to contain China

21 Dec 2022 the UN Security Council voted to Censure the Myanmar military with talk of "taking action". I try to explain why I think this threatens to undermine international security strategy to contain China by discussing multiple variables of the current and historic situation.
