This is old news but he's saying that it's about ten years old, which is around when I started hearing the infuriatingly obvious terms

After half way he explains how this is in UK intel documents, and given that it's common place in the UK, so do we have a secret police or intelligence gatherers, preventing terrorism, but I think he's being a bit disingenuous, as of course they do the terrorism around their core of being the Stazi, so he's not totally on target here.
There's another thing to consider, is he lying (by being pretend thick) to get more attention from thicker people than himself, to give him some illusion of a wall of useless thicko support or is he making the entire thing up as a #LimitedHangOut?
He mentions #HoneyPots being used, but in my experience when people want to get someone, they also want to stop them from talking about it, so they'll always say the person's a #pedo, #rapist or something sex-related as it's virtually impossible to prove one way or another, but just like with the #TrueCrime genre, they accept people's words who've been convicted of anything, not so much people who've been fitted up and won prior to conviction, but there's NEVER anyone on any of them who have been fitted up for sex allegations, '...as they're all guilty", which is unfortunately the public mindset.
He did mention that their operatives are often psychopaths and into the occult, which of course would have to be true, but also of a lot of their agents, in my experience. They have to be deeply weird to do this kind of thing for a job after all.
