Hi YT Gang! Happy to meet you all for a yoga practice. This 18 minute practice will be done on the mat without standing. This is good for everyone who cannot or does not want do any balancing, and yet have a great stretch. We will expansive as we do our folds, binds, and twists on the mat. Take some time for each pose to get the best result. This was relaxing for me for me and I hope you will love it!
