Viral Video of Nikita Sharma Sparks Debate in Manav Sharma Suicide Case

A video involving Nikita Sharma, wife of TCS manager Manav Sharma, is rapidly circulating on social media. In the video, which is believed to have been recorded before Manav’s tragic death, Nikita admits to making mistakes in their relationship. She confesses to a past affair with a man named Abhishek, which she had disclosed to Manav before marriage but only fully explained to him after marriage. She further makes serious allegations against her maternal uncle, saying he pressured her into making poor decisions.

In the video, Nikita expresses regret for her actions and admits that she had hidden certain truths from Manav out of fear of losing him. She states, "What I did was wrong. I also had sex with Abhishek. I told Manav about him before marriage but never about the physical relationship. I only confessed after marriage when he repeatedly asked, as I was afraid he would leave me."

Nikita goes on to apologize to Manav, expressing that she loves him deeply and accepts responsibility for her mistakes, acknowledging her errors in failing to be truthful despite Manav’s repeated questioning. She also claims that Manav never raised his hand against her, and she pleads for forgiveness for her past actions. She insists that if anything happens to her, it will be of her own will and she takes full responsibility.

The case surrounding Manav Sharma’s death began to unfold after his father, Narendra Kumar Sharma, a retired Air Force personnel from Agra, filed a complaint with the authorities. Manav was married to Nikita on January 30, 2024, and had been posted in Mumbai. The couple visited Agra on February 23, and later that evening, Manav dropped Nikita off at her maternal home in Barhan. The next morning, his body was found hanging in his home. The family rushed him to the hospital, where he was declared dead.

On February 27, the family received a disturbing video from Manav’s phone, which depicted him crying and pleading for men’s issues to be addressed. In the video, he expressed loneliness and frustration, and made a heartfelt appeal not to disturb his parents. This video has led to further scrutiny and legal action, with Manav’s father accusing Nikita and her family of emotional abuse and threats of suicide, which allegedly pushed Manav into depression.

In a shocking turn, Nikita Sharma has since defended herself, claiming that Manav had previously attempted suicide on several occasions due to his alcoholism and emotional turmoil. She asserts that she had saved him from hanging himself three times. Nikita also explained that while living together, Manav’s behavior deteriorated after drinking, leading to verbal and physical confrontations. She said she had reached out to Manav’s parents about these issues, but they dismissed it as a private matter between husband and wife.

The case has sparked a broader discussion about marital struggles, mental health, and the complex dynamics within relationships. The investigation continues, with police taking action based on the complaints filed by Manav’s father.
