Tania Abbatello - Razmi Wellness, LLC
Along with being a Kundalini Yogi practitioner and teacher, as well as a burgeoning
sound healer, Tania is also a NASM certified Nutrition Coach and "Citizen Scientist" with
a BS in Biology. She is the owner of a Health Coaching endeavor called “Razmi
(ROZ-Mi)Wellness”. “Razmi” is Sanskrit for the “inner flame” which references one’s
own intuition and higher guidance ... in other words, “Trust your gut!”.
Over the past year, She has been a semi regular guest on a small morning podcast
called Kim's Coffee Talk. It's political in nature but since health has become so
politicized, the audience has been very receptive to her message. She feels that the
current discussion about the chronic illnesses epidemic is ripe for more information and
education around not just the causes, but the solutions as well.
She is passionate about empowering folks to heal from chronic pain, fatigue, mood and
gut issues.
