Pike County massacre: 'It's never enough to know who did it'

Why did it take two and a half years to make arrests in the murders of eight family members? Because finding suspects isn't enough, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine said today. He and other investigators wanted to build an airtight case against the six Wagner family members they believe orchestrated the executions.
