12 month journey to better health

Interested in deepening your knowledge & improving your well-being with herbs, essential oils, seasonal living & Eastern medicine approaches, ancient & modern bio-hacking, & nervous system regulation through healing sound? 🌿⚗️

Doors open today for a short period of time for my Rooted Disruption Holistic Health Apprenticeship. This 12 month experience is a deep dive towards better health and a stocked home apothecary. Each month we focus on one herb & one essential oil to build a relationship with, creating home remedies, teas, tinctures, serums, blends, and more. But we also focus on the full cycle of the year, and how we can optimize well-being by bringing our bodies into better balance each season.

Not only that, but we also bring in the modern science of bio-hacking, working towards greater human optimization with wherever we are in our health journey. Combining this with the ancient biohacking of eastern medicine and the practices of rewilding our life back to a connection with nature reap dividends for those in apprenticeship.

🧘🏻‍♀️Apprentices in this container have been handling their day-to-day stress with greater ease, finding natural solutions for chronic conditions, and optimizing their well-being for better performance, moods, and longevity.

My approach is always to stay grounded as we do this, holding space for varying viewpoints and approaches, instead of being triggered by every internet trend and political opinion.

Doing all of this together in community is life changing as you automatically gain a sisterhood of like-minded gals who are also working on opting out of the modern medical paradigm, reconnecting with the earth and their inner voice & direction, and creating more options for themselves & their families when it comes to well-being. Some are even incorporating these modalities into their existing healing business or creating new offers for their communities.

Again, doors are open for a short time and space is limited in this more intimate setting. All mentorship takes place virtually, so it’s easy to join and to grow your skills.
