Polish Tokarev - WZ-33

Poland produced a clone of the Russian TT-33 Tokarev during the Cold War, from 1946-1955 under the designation WZ-33. In this video, I discuss the variations of the Polish pistol - from pre-production, to early model, to late model. This Tokarev clone is identical mechanically to most other countrie's Tokarevs and is really only distinctive in its markings and in using the Soviet Union's World War 2 cuts on the slide.

I go over these markings with a brief history of the pistol's usage.

I also go over how to disassemble and reassemble this pistol in a simple field strip for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
