Zelensky apologized to Trump on Fox. He knows what's up

There it is. He finally apologized.

Zelenskyy finally coughed up an apology on Baier’s show, admitting things can be salvaged with Trump after that Oval Office disaster. Took him long enough—saying “we are thankful and sorry” is a start, but it doesn’t erase the mess he made. He picked a fight with Vance, tanked a deal, and got shown the door. Trump didn’t flinch, and that forced this climbdown. The President’s strength pulled this out of Zelenskyy, not some sudden epiphany.

Trump’s been rock-solid through all this. He offered aid, kept the talks steady, and didn’t budge when Zelenskyy lost it. The GOP’s right behind him—pushing for America to call the shots, not grovel to foreign leaders who can’t keep their cool. Zelenskyy’s “yes, of course” about fixing things sounds hopeful, but he’s got a steep hill to climb after burning that bridge. Trump’s not here to hand out second chances without results.

The Biden-Harris administration let Zelenskyy think he could get away with anything. Billions thrown at Ukraine, no strings, while Democrats ignored the tab piling up at home. They built this entitled attitude—Trump’s tearing it down. The old crew would’ve let this slide with a pat on the back; the GOP demands accountability, and it’s paying off.

This apology’s a win for Trump’s no-nonsense approach. Zelenskyy’s backtracking shows he knows he overplayed his hand. Europe can keep singing his praises, but it’s Trump who’s got the leverage. The relationship might be salvageable, but it’s on Trump’s terms now—Zelenskyy’s got to prove he’s serious, not just toss out a “sorry” and call it good.
