The Catman of Paris (1946)

Directed by Lesley Selander. The story follows Charles Regnier (Carl Esmond), a famous writer in 19th-century Paris who becomes the prime suspect in a series of gruesome murders. Witnesses describe the killer as a half-man, half-cat creature, leading Regnier to fear that he may be transforming into the monstrous figure himself.
