20 Minute Landmine Workout
Staggered Landmine Squats - I'm really liking this exercise. I'm going to keep it as a staple and start getting stronger on it.
Landmine Lateral Power Switch - this is another new-to-me exercise. The video is off my first set. After watching the recording, I realized I needed to be a bit more explosive off the floor and raise the weight higher. I think in the future, I may use smaller diameter plates as well.
Landmine Power Rotations - this is my first time doing these as well. I didn't expect them to hammer my lower lats the way they did. The pump was pretty intense by the end of my third set.
Not a bad set of exercises for a quick full body workout. If I could have given myself a little longer of a workout, I would have capped things off with some Landmine Clean and Jerks. But, all I had this morning was 20 minutes.
