After the officers gained control of the situation and locked the male in the patrol car, it was time to get more details about the incident from his sister and her boyfriend. The male was taken to a county jail for field sobriety exercises and you can bet he was prepared to give a memorable performance. The walk reiterated what the officers had seen for the past hours. It was now time for the cuffs to come back out again. The male was charged with Aggravated DWI, driving while license suspended, Failure to report crash, Consumption or possession of alcohol in an open container in a motor vehicle and two counts of Resisting or obstructing an officer.
