President Trump has confirmed that there will be no significant US security guarantee for Ukraine, despite agreement on a deal to exploit the country's minerals. Speaking at his first full cabinet meeting since re-taking the White House, Mr Trump said Europe, not the US must underwrite Ukraine’s future security.
