Man Thinks He can Hit Anyone Without Being Charged

Officers responded to the parking lot of Lees Market, in reference to a report of a man pulling a knife and threatening customers. Witnesses advised that the subject had pulled out a screwdriver and attempted to stab them with it.

The subject was transported to the Eustis Police Department without incident. After all paperwork was complete, he was advised that he will be transported to the Lake County Jail. Upon hearing this, he became angry, pushed the officer aside with his shoulder, grabbed and crumpled the booking paperwork.
