I was pondering this yesterday, while looking at my reflection in the mirror.

As I looked, it dawned on me that my reflection, like everything else I see 'out there', is also appearing in my mind.

So how then can my physical form—whether I look at it directly, or see it reflected in the mirror—truly be me?

It can't be.

Who I truly am, is the consciousness which experiences my physical form, as it appears in my mind.

Think about it the next time you look in the mirror and you see your reflection 'out there' (in your mind!)
