Attached herein you'll find proof that NYS Courts and New York State Supreme Courts are corrupt and I have proof-30 years worth of proof.
I was raped and sodomized at 15 years old by Brian Cleary, for which a son was born. Five New York State judges and the Elmira Police and District Attorney refused to prosecute him in 1995 because he & his family are NYS Corrections Officers. Brian Cleary was granted custody of my son after I walked him through 2 years of chemo after being diagnosed with leukemia on 12/25/1994, when NYS pulled a six year retired commissioner out of retirement to grant custody of my son to my rapist despite having no jurisdiction. Brian gave my son to his sister Colette who collected SSI checks and locked my son in the back room like a dog/prisoner. Brian then threatened my life, "A bullet is cheaper than a lawyer", forcing me to protect myself by creating distance for self-preservation.

I recently filed IDEX No.: 2020-1087 as a plaintiff NY Child Victims Act and defaulted Brian with a 4 point Affidavit with 2 of those points being a live birth certificate and a court ordered DNA test which proved Brian, the father/rapist as I was 15 at the time and had court 10/28/2020, the same day you prosecuted Keith Rainier, of the NXVIM Sex Cult to 120 years for the same crime of raping a 15 year old. However, 2 NYS Supreme Court Justices Patrick MacRae and Jeffrey Tait continue to protect Brian by overruling my final default (which is a maxim of law-an unrebutted affidavit stands as truth in law). Justice Patrick MacRae, and gave Brian standing though he never once appeared as Summoned. Brian Cleary, has been protected by 5 NYS Judges and NYS Supreme Court Justices, who failed their duty of care as mandated reporters and even turned a blind eye when Brian Cleary admitted to raping me under oath on the stand. Today, Brian Cleary is a NYS Corrections Officer at Elmira Prison where Harvey Weinstein, is being held for 23 years for lessor crimes than what Brian Cleary committed! I am OUTRAGED! I demand justice for my son and myself in this lifetime! Last I heard my son Orion is being institutionalized though they won't tell me where! Will you please help us get our truth/story out? Please?

Who Colette snuck out of New York against Peter Bucley's "Orders" and took him without my knowledge to North Carolina
and within 3 days of Anthony telling me this

Trrooper Karl Aplebacher was laughing on the other end of the line stating that Anthony's career is over
