Vehicular Obstacles Beyond Normal Patterns

This is the second video I shot close to my neighborhood where I saw different vehicles with their hazard lights on. All the vehicles were able to drive off after the staged scenarios were completed. No tow trucks came. No Uber or Lyft logos on the windows. It was just a movie set for me to play their games.
