McDowell's original mugshot went viral years ago because of his massive neck, which launched his 'internet career.' According to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office in Georgia, McDowell was charged with multiple felonies, including transmission of video/photo of n*dity without consent and electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor. McDowell is currently being held without bond. His neck is still as massive as ever.
