You Say "Stuck in a Ideological Silo", huh? Well, That's Fine, as Long as You're on the RIGHT Side!

This is a response video, in response to a comment that was left of a response video.

Essentially, I was talking about the difference between Democrats and Republicans, and the commenters seemed to think that I was stuck in an "ideological silo" because I lean heavily on the Conservative side. The thing is:

1, wouldn't that make these commenters in a silo as well? I mean, if you saw things from all points of view, you'd understand where I'm coming from, but they clearly don't, so I'd assume that would make them left leaning.

2, I've felt this way my entire life. FELT - a word the left loves, since to them, feelings override fact and reality - but yes, felt this way my entire life, WAY before I knew anything about politics and left vs right and all that.

3, I live in a super lib state and have been surrounded by it my entire life, and still feel the way I do. It had NOTHING to do with being stuck in a silo! The opposing views are all there, I just can't get into them.

4, I listen to political commentary from both sides all day at work and in the car on the ride home. As such, I am VERY well versed in the political climate of our country. I can't be stuck in an ideological silo when I hear it all - arguments from both sides! - and still support/agree with the right/conservative view points.

At the end of the day, my views on matters are just inherently a part of me and they are positions I hold based on actual research (if you will). I'm not stuck in anything, I'm right where I want to be.
