Performed on a leg press machine, this exercise isolates the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes, while engaging core stabilizers. By working one leg at a time, it enhances balance, coordination, and prevents dominant-side overcompensation. Ideal for athletes, bodybuilders, and rehabilitation, the unilateral leg press helps correct asymmetries and develop equal power in both legs. To perform, place one foot on the platform, push through the heel, and extend the leg without locking the knee. Maintain controlled movements for maximum results.
