FBI To Investigate Former Director James Comey Over Operation Against Trump 2016 Campaign

According to reports, the new FBI Director Kash Patel is launching an investigation into allegations that former FBI Director James Comey, launched a "honeypot" operation to infiltrate the 2016 Trump campaign with two female agents.
This after a whistleblower came forward with claims that the women – undercover FBI employees – infiltrated the campaign as honeypots, to get information from their ‘target’ They did this by acting as if they had a sexual or romantic interest in a person involved with the campaign.

The whistleblower claims that Comey ordered the investigation and "personally directed it" even though there was not a specific crime to focus on saying the operation was
a "fishing expedition" to "find" a crime against Trump.
The whistleblower is said to be an FBI employee that was involved in the "off-the-books" investigation targeting then-presidential candidate Donald Trump.
