Motorcycle Guy Avoiding Camera?

The guy blasting his music from his motorcycle didn't want me to film him. The muscular guy exiting at the end of the video was the one I saw in close proximity when I got coffee. He had a very nervous look on his face like something was wrong or he didn't want to be there. It really hit me that neither of these guys were in control of their own lives. They were following directions from a third party.
