MASSIVE Trump Error Invites The Mother Of All Retaliations!

Right, so Donald Trump is getting rightfully panned today for having shared an AI generated video of what Gaza under his plans could look like, though if bearded belly dancers are his thing, well, that between him and them. By sharing this on his truth social platform, this vision of what is called Trump Gaza in the video is clearly something he approves of, as utterly distasteful as it is, on top of the already widely criticised comments he has already made, not seeing Gaza as the home of others, as occupied territory, as a mass graveyard as it is now, with most of the victims being innocent women and children, just seeing it as a real estate venture to be procured and shaped as he sees fit. The condemnation, naturally has come thick and fast and scathing, I’m not sure little Donnie’s thin skin can take it, but will it stop him and will it help Egypt, with their alternative plans to save the people of Gaza, save their land and restore their homes for them again?
Right, so that was the video clip in question there, and there is a lot going on there and a lot to unpack, not just in how ridiculous it is, not to mention how badly made, Trumps’s gender affirming executive order I don’t recall including a bearded belly dancer clause for one, but as much as we can and absolutely should ridicule this, there’s serious undertones to it all and it’s a clear affirmation that Trump still believes his plan for Gaza is a goer, despite plans being drawn up predominantly by Egypt in the Middle East heading his way in the near future.
So Donald Trump shared this AI-generated video on his Truth Social platform depicting his vision for a post-war Gaza. The video, which quickly went viral for all the wrong reasons I hope, showed a glitzy, futuristic Gaza filled with luxury hotels, bustling parties, and money flying around Elon Musk’s head like confetti. Trump himself was depicted there sunbathing next to Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, while a golden statue of him loomed in the background and bobble headed golden Trump’s were sold in shops, tacky is as tacky does I suppose.
The video, which Trump as far as we are aware did not have created himself but has enthusiastically endorsed, has been met with widespread ridicule and outrage as you can imagine.
What this is is grotesque. It was bad enough that Trump dreamed for turning Gaza into a real estate venture, but this is a fantasy that completely trivialises the suffering of the Palestinian people, not just since October 7th, but for decades, Netanyahu’s presence in the video is particularly obscene and ignores the horrific reality of Gaza having been turned into a wasteland due to the genocide heaped out on it by Israel.
The Gaza Strip requires years, potentially decades of investment and reconstruction to turn it back into a habitable land. This AI-generated video shared by Trump is a jarring vision of what needs to be done, versus what that insane carrot tinged megalomaniac wants to do with it, completely ignoring and omitting the reality of what has happened in Gaza. Since the escalation of violence in October 2023, Gaza has been described by human rights organisations as a “graveyard for children.” Over 61,000 Palestinians have been killed, including more than 12,000 children, and much of the territory has been reduced to rubble. The video however skips over this, omits the shocking reality. Instead, it depicts a Gaza transformed into a playground for the wealthy, complete with luxury resorts, neon lights, and a great big golden statue of Trump, though clearly its vastly inaccurate, he’s nowhere near that slim.
The message is clear therefore: under Trump’s vision, Gaza would be a place not for the Palestinians - though he had told us this much already - who have lived there for generations, but for wealthy tourists and political elites. When he told us the worlds people could go there, it would only be the case if you could afford it.
The video has been widely ridiculed for its tone-deafness and absurdity. Critics have described it as “delusional,” “offensive,” and “a slap in the face to the Palestinian people.” Even some of Trump’s supporters have expressed discomfort with the video, noting that it trivialises the suffering of Gazans and reduces a deeply complex issue to a glitzy fantasy. The inclusion of the song lyric “Trump Will Set You Free” has been particularly criticised, as it implies that Trump sees himself as a saviour figure, despite his long history of offensive speech and policies that have continued to exacerbate tensions in the region, not least the ongoing unabated support for the Israeli regime.
As you can imagine, social media has gone to town on this, since we’re talking about critiques here.
Kyle Kulinski’s Secular Talk Twitter account said:
‘Trump posted a deranged AI snuff film glorifying the genocide in Palestine with the US stealing Gaza and colonizing it with Trump statues and hotels.’
Trade Union legend Howard Beckett posted that:
‘Trump has posted a sinister AI video of his future for ‘Riviera’ Gaza. It needs to be seen to be believed: Trump statues; Musk dancing; Trump & Netanyahu sun bathing & drinking cocktails. Monsters rejoicing in their genocide & ethnic cleansing. It is truly racist fascism.’
And Dr Shola Mos-Shogamimu wrote:
‘President of the United States posts video of him taking over Gaza with his statue for worship, dollars raining, Trump Gaza as centrepiece as he & Netanyahu chill at the beach. Ethnic cleansing rebranded as a real estate deal. Colonialist White Supremacist Zionism. Pure Evil.’
Still it strikes me that there simply aren’t words strong enough.
Trump’s vision for Gaza, as depicted in the video, is entirely consistent with his approach to this genocide though. Trump is again pursuing policies that only favour Israel. He recognised Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, moved the U.S. embassy there, he hasn’t reinstated funding to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) after Genocide Joe cut it. His so-called “Peace to Prosperity” plan, unveiled in 2020, was widely criticised as a one-sided proposal that ignored Palestinian rights and aspirations, so the side he is on here is no surprise, yet the depths of his depravity have still managed to shock many in light of this video dropping.
The AI video implies that Gaza would be effectively annexed and transformed into a tourist destination, with little regard for the rights or desires of its inhabitants and what exactly happens to them in all of this is not made clear and that is a particularly disturbing undertone given everything we have witnessed. This vision is not only preposterously and insultingly unrealistic but also deeply offensive, as it reduces Gaza—a place of immense historical and cultural significance as it is—to a backdrop for Trump’s ego and Netanyahu’s political ambitions.
However, in stark contrast to Trump’s glitzy fantasy, Egypt has proposed a more humane and practical vision for Gaza’s future. Egypt’s plan, as I’ve discussed in another recent video, focuses on rebuilding Gaza’s infrastructure, providing humanitarian aid, and facilitating a political solution that addresses the root causes of the conflict.
Egypt’s vision also emphasises the importance of Palestinian agency. Unlike Trump’s plan, which sidelines the Palestinian people entirely, Egypt’s proposal includes mechanisms for Palestinian participation in the reconstruction process and this is critically important, as it acknowledges that any lasting solution must be rooted in principles of self-determination and respect for human rights.
The stark contrast between the video’s glitzy imagery and the grim reality of life in Gaza in the here and now, where thousands of children have been killed and entire neighbourhoods have been reduced to rubble is arguably the most poignant point, if any poignancy can be garnered from this absurd video and any message be taken away from it at all though and as much as that may initially provoke hilarity, or disgust, it needs to come with anger towards those who are so immoral in positions of power they consider this not just a good idea, but good enough to share and promote at that.
Donald Trump’s AI-generated vision for Gaza is a grotesque fantasy that trivialises the suffering of the Palestinian people and ignores the horrific reality of the conflict. It is a vision built on graveyards, one that prioritises spectacle over substance and ego over empathy. In contrast to more humane proposals like those from Egypt, Trump’s plan is a reminder that this is a guy for whom there are no checks and balances to rein in his worst excesses and this glitzy fantasy must remain one living in his head and must never come to pass.
For more on Egypts plan so far as we are aware of it, some details have come out ion the last week which have made for interesting reading and makes for a vastly superior plan for Gaza in every way, check out this video recommendation here as your suggested next watch. Please do also hit like, share and subscribe before you do so though, so as to ensure you don’t miss out on all new daily content as well as help support the channel at the same time, which is massively appreciated and I will hopefully catch you on the next vid. Cheers folks.
