Process Testing - Seamless Engraving Test 2

This video demonstrates the capability of our workstation and the result of our process for laying out and engraving an end-to-end, full wrap 'seamless engraving' around the interior circumference of an automotive wheel.

The wheel used in this demonstration is a 20" chrome polished wheel, with a 5.75" wide lip. Our 200W Fiber Laser workstations are designed to handle and process wheels 15” and larger (though they can also be used to do “flat work”.)

These laser workstations are being developed as a ready-to-work solution for the Wheel & Tire Industry.
