Tomato butter

1 cup sungold tomatoes
1 stick butter (softened)

1. Coat tomatoes in salt and olive oil. Roast in 400° oven until soft and slightly charred and bubbly, about 15 minutes. Let cool completely.

2. Add butter and tomatoes to a food processor and mix until combined. Serve on bread, in pasta, or on anything!
