Note/Diary: All food and water is toxic poison!

I've had this Umbilical Hernia and Stomach Hernia for over 10-15 years, I dont remember how long time...

I filter and vortex all my water since early 2020... (links below)

And change my diet totally...

I have lost about 35 kg since (I'm 170 cm high)...

So my Stomach/body is extremely sensitive today on what I eat and drink...

I only drink my own water with lemons and make my own ginger, chamomile and/or sea buckthorn tea..

No milk, juice, coffee, soda, soft water, bought water or other poison shit at all...

Every time you body/mind get a sickness/dis-'ease', it it your body detoxing...

And you body telling you, that you got some poison inside you...

So always listen to your body.... and always ask: Why?

Then you have to find out, what it is you have to stop eating/drinking...

So I use a lot of time going around in the city, also online, to find food and natural organig remedies...

Not easy...

Just simple things like oranges, apples, leeks, garlic, lemons, ginger, lettuce, broccoli, leeks etc are all sprayed with pesticides etc. or are GMO Poison...

And I have learned that the concept of 'organic' food is also a lie...

I know some 'organic' farmer here in Denmark, and when I ask them if the Poison Chemmtrails the Satanic Elite/government sprays over fields is not toxic, that mean the soil becomes toxic, they all agree with me..

The term 'organic' food is just a 'standard' for how much the food is sprayed in the diffrent countries...

Research it yourself if you dont believe me..

So I have to try eat something, and then listen to what my body/stomach tell me...

And if I get pain etc, I have to find out what it is who giving the pain, and stop eating it...

I also dont eat any meat, fish and seafood anymore...

- All Dis-'eases' are Poisoning!

- 'Viruses' are simply excretions of a toxic cell.

- 'Viruses' happen when the Cell is poisoned.

- We are all being poisoned slowly daily.

- You body are a self-healing machine who detox and heal itself.
