Fire Ball

For the Sun, gravity is essential—it compresses the core, enabling nuclear fusion, where hydrogen fuses into helium, releasing massive amounts of energy.

Unlike typical fires on Earth, which rely on oxygen and convection currents, the Sun’s "fire" doesn't depend on external gravity but instead on internal gravitational forces.

Its immense gravity creates pressures and temperatures high enough (~27 million°F) to sustain fusion independently of external gravitational effects, making external gravity irrelevant to its operation.
