What Should Voters Do About Amendment 2?

When you step into the voting booth on March 29th and see Amendment 2, what should you do?

Constitutional rights lawyer William Most has a simple suggestion: Ask questions. Before you vote, talk to your community leaders, legislators, friends, and family. Do they understand what this amendment really does?

For Most, the choice is clear. He’s voting NO—because he believes the amendment isn’t truthful and forces voters to accept a bundle of unrelated changes in one sweeping decision.
