Lucasfilm Boss Kathleen Kennedy Leaving Disney? Star Wars is Saved?

The most credible rumor so far suggesting Kathleen Kennedy's reign of terror at Lucasfilm has surfaced and now that all the trade papers are running with it, it seems like it may finally come to pass.

After systematically destroying Indiana Jones, Willow and Star Wars, Kennedy will be able to retire on her own terms the books can be written about the most inept executive in the history of Hollywood. A likely confirmation of this decision will happen in the coming months, but don't anticipate a more competent successor. Look at those closest to Kennedy and realize that the doom of your beloved franchises was sealed when Disney and George Lucas signed on the bottom line all those years ago.

But hey, Andor Season 2 might still be good.
