Hi YT Gang! Happy to meet you all for a yoga practice. This 20 minute practice incorporates movement to increase strength in your core, obliques, back, and everywhere else. We will have a longer duration of holds to expand and stabilize ourselves in different areas of our body, while keeping ourselves in better practice. This was a great challenge for me in my balances with the wind blowing at me. I hope you start your day smiling and ready with this practice!
