This is how we save a ton of money making laundry soap for under $10/year.

We pick up our buckets at Home Depot or a local feed store. Remember, you don't need food grade bucket for laundry soap.

Recipe: 2 cups Borax, 2 Cups Super Washing Soda, 1 bar Zote grated. = 5 gallons of detergent! We us approximately 4-6oz of laundry detergent per load. Just depends on what we are washing.
