Surveillance video: Quick-change fraud suspects at Zaxby's

These two suspects are wanted for a "Quick Change" fraud at the Zaxby's on Cochran Blvd that occurred on 11/5. Using distraction techniques, they made off with approximately $150, and a side of fries.
