Easy Power Yogurt Bowl 🥣

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 5-6 strawberries chopped
- handful peanuts
- chopped dates

Instructions:
Mash banana and chia seeds together, add yogurt, and mix. Add topping of choice and enjoy!!

This power yogurt bowl was so delicious and was super easy to make!

Adding the mashed banana and chia seeds to the yogurt base was a fun way to change up a traditional yogurt bowl. It also made the yogurt sweeter without adding honey or maple syrup.

You can use any toppings you like, however I used strawberries, peanuts, and chopped dates! Those 3 toppings were the perfect mix of tart, crunchy, and sweet!
