Taoiseach 'can't explain' unused €120k scanner

A €120k scanner purchased by the National Gallery almost 8 years ago has never been used because it doesn't fit in any suitable room in the building.

Taoiseach Micheál Martin's reaction: "I don't have the explanation regarding the scanner...it does need an explanation."
