Hi YT Gang! Happy to meet you all for a yoga practice. This 15 minute practice will help you open your chest, heart, and hips as you reinforce your back muscles. While this is gentle for your wrist and knee, I would like to note that this is an intermediate level for you to challenge them slightly as you progress to being able to practice power yoga . This was a relaxing flow for me and I hope you will love it, too!
