Ingredients + Recipe:
Victoria Sponge
Yellow or butter cake mix
Red raspberry jam or sliced strawberries covered lightly in glaze
Whipped cream homemade or cool whip
Icing using powdered sugar and milk

Bake 2 - 9" cakes according to box. Remove from oven let cool and apply strawberries or jam to bottom layer, top with whipped cream (a good amount), add top layer and ice cake with your icing. Enjoy!
