Filmed in January 2011, this video captures my very first visit to the iconic New Delhi Railway Station. Located just across from Paharganj, between Ajmeri Gate and Paharganj, New Delhi Station (NDLS) is the primary railway hub in Delhi. Known as the busiest railway station in India, it sees a staggering number of trains and passengers daily.

With over 400 trains passing through, starting, or ending their journeys here, the station managed over 500,000 passengers daily as of 2013, spread across 16 platforms. New Delhi Railway Station is also home to the world's largest route interlocking system, shared with Kanpur Central Railway Station. Situated just 2 kilometers north of Connaught Place, it’s an unmissable spot in the heart of the city.
