Ingredients + Recipe:
Cake
1-3/4 C flour
2 C sugar
3/4 C cocoa powder
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
1-1/1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 C milk
1/2 C veg oil
2 tsp vanilla
1C hot coffee

Place all dry ingredients in bowl or mixer and whisk together.

Add in wet ingredients and combine. Once combined add cup of hot coffee (batter will be thin). Pour batter into two greases/floured 9” round pans. Bake on 350° for 30-35 minutes.

Frosting
1/2 stick softened butter
4 oz softened cream cheese
1/4 C milk
1/3 C cocoa
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 Cups powdered sugar
Mix together. If too thin, add powder sugar to desired thickness.
