COCKTAIL CINNAMON SOUR
The star of the show? A super simple homemade cinnamon syrup. With a generous dose of bourbon whiskey.
It’s ridiculously easy to make and tastes especially delicious during the winter season, not just at Christmas.

COCKTAIL RECIPE:
60ml - 2oz RYE WHISKEY
30ml - 1oz CINNAMON BOURBON SYRUP
30ml - 1oz LEMON JUICE
1 EGG WHITE and no other foamer. Stop whining!

EASY CINNAMON BOURBON SYRUP:
1 CINNAMON STICK
60ml - 2oz BOURBON WHISKEY
180ml - 6oz AGAVE SYRUP

Shake vigorously, and after 24 hours, the syrup is ready to use.

Shake all ingredients without ice. Dry shake. Strain back into shaker and shake with ice. Wet shake. Fine strain into ice filled rocks glass.
