SoulCast - Awaken Your Empathy

Hello Soul Family,

I want to welcome you to the Soululaire community if you are new here. It is so wonderful to have you here and I hope that we can ride this ascension train together. It is my wish that you experience the love, encouragement and support you deserve for this journey into the new Golden Age of humanity.

I am using the messages of color for this episode. First the color of Violet which aligns with your crown chakra. This energy center allows you to trust your inner knowing and helps you keep your life in balance.

At this time events are moving quickly, so it is important to take some irons out of your fire and step back where you can care for your nervous system. Hold on to your hope and stay connected with your heart and crown chakra to receive the wisdom you need from within and your connection with the divine.

I encourage you to focus on your healing journey. Oftentimes we focus on physical healing, when the root cause of our problems comes from unresolved emotional pain. Go within and query yourself for the underlying painful emotions you are feeling to see what physical response is connected to that emotion.

Now is the time to relieve all the different types of pain you may have in your life.

The next color for this episode is Turquoise is awakening your empathy. As you work on dealing with your pain it may serve to ask yourself what would cause a person to be hurtful to you and others so that you may gain understanding that could allow you to have compassion and kindness for the person who hurt you.

This is a step that can help you release that pain and allow you to forgive. Forgiveness is not so much about condoning what the other person did but rather allows you to move on with your life free from the pain of the past.
