Traverse City native Sierra Falconer recently made her directorial debut at the Sundance Film Festival with her anthology film “Sunfish (& Other Stories on Green Lake),” which was filmed in Northern Michigan. The Traverse City West Alum filmed many of the scenes in Traverse City and used several locals as actors. The film is currently up for sale, and Falconer said she is hopeful a distribution company will pick it up as she continues working on other projects. David Barr Michigan News Source.
