Michael Fanone on Altercation with Enrique Tarrio: ‘I Will Continue to Speak out Until I’m Dead and in the Grave’

FANONE: “Harry, myself, Danny and Gonell are just here speaking at the Principles First Summit, you know, doing what we’ve been doing for the past four years, speaking to the people about what happened on January 6th. You know it’s a private event and we had members of The Proud Boys, a homegrown terrorist organization led by Enrique Tarrio, at least I still — I think he’s still the leader, I don’t know, but he shows up with a couple of his little goons, Ivan Ranklin, the little bald-headed midget, and try to intimidate us. And I think the message is we will not be intimidated. I will continue to speak out until I am dead and in the grave. And if you want to make a martyr out of me, bring it the [muted] on.”
BALLASY: “What did you think of that press conference they held at the Capitol? I saw he got arrested, Tarrio.”
FANONE: “I don’t watch that sh*t. It’s just clown — clown show crap. And you know what, Enrique? If you can’t handle somebody putting a camera in your face when you’re up there acting like a jackass on the [muted] steps of the United States Capitol, you should [muted] get out of whatever [muted] business you’re in, because the reality is the American people despise you, they see you as a traitor to this nation, they see your organization as a terrorist organization, and they want nothing to do with you. The few followers that you have, that you want to sell your Proud Boy swag to, they’re a bunch of [muted] criminals and nutballs.”
