The ASPCA is the longest-standing animal welfare organization in North America, and their Humane Awards Luncheon recognizes animal heroes who have demonstrated extraordinary efforts as well as individuals who have shown great commitment to animal welfare during the past year. This year, they are honoring Noah from Mineral Point, WI as the 2018 Dog of the Year!
