How to make a Mexican Corn Cake? I'll show you step by step in this recipe!

Someone In Mexico asked me to make this and gave me an authentic recipe from her family. I loved making this since it's so different from the things we eat here in the Netherlands. My whole house smelled of corn and cake!

Ingredients:

Eggs= 4
Vanilla extract= 2 teaspoons
Sweetened condensed milk = 1 can (397g)
Melted Butter= 113g
Corn= 567g

Baking powder= 2 teaspoons
Baking soda= 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon= 1 teaspoon
Salt= a pinch
Flour= 100g

Oven temperature and cooking time= 180 celcius/375 fahrenheit for 40-50 minutes
