Tensions are running high as Elena's toxic behavior continues to plague the interior team. Her hateful comments and condescending attitude push Bri to her limits. Aesha tries to keep the peace, but it's clear that Elena's behavior has created a toxic work environment. Meanwhile, Captain Sandy is impressed with the deck team's progress, but a mistake during docking puts everyone on high alert.
As the charter guests arrive, the crew is determined to provide excellent service, but Elena's behavior threatens to derail the charter. Her refusal to work with Bri and her constant complaining create tension among the crew.
