The stews face an ultimatum from Captain Sandy, who is fed up with their subpar performance. Aesha implements a new laundry system to get the interior back on track. Meanwhile, Elena's toxic behavior reaches new heights as she continues to bully and belittle her fellow stewardess, Bri. Elena's constant criticism, condescending attitude, and manipulative tactics create a hostile work environment, making it difficult for Bri to perform her duties. The rest of the crew starts to take notice of Elena's behavior, and tensions rise as they struggle to work with her. During a day off, Joe apologizes to Bri as romance escalates between them, further infuriating Elena.
